We work for Banks, Lenders, Realtors, and a select group of Investors, so we know what to expect and what is expected. We also understand that a job completed correctly is important and time is of the essence, so we always return proposals to you within 48 hours and make an effort to begin work within 48 hours of written approvals.

REO Listings also require an extensive cash reserve. At Gold Key International we will not only advance the cost of the utilities, we go so far to advance all the costs associated with the Property Preservation of the REO property. We have calculated that an average of $1,000.00 cash reserve must be available for each REO assigned to us for liquidation. Most Asset Managers are comfortable with our 45 day billing cycle.

Our company provides top quality workmanship; our field representatives are equipped with cell phones and digital cameras for the ability to provide a quick turn around for each job completion. A property preservation work sheet is provided for each work order and turned in every day along with all photo's. Gold Key International has the experience to handle your REO'S, foreclosed and abandon properties. Upon being hired by your organization we will immediately begin to perform the following services:

• Cash for keys
• A property condition inspection and report.(Interior, Exterior)
• Fully secure the property, including board up and lock out services
• Clean out and winterization of property as required
• Conduct initial and on-going grounds, lawn and landscaping maintenance services.
• Conduct security inspections at regular intervals when the yard is manicured
• Provide detailed reports and photos of any changes in property conditions
• Correct and remove all hazards and code violations.
• Coordinate all maintenance and repair services.
